Section 1
By accessing, browsing, or using the foxjaya7x website or mobile platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between foxjaya7x and its users, taking effect from the moment of completed registration. foxjaya7x reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to individuals aged 18 or above residing in Bangladesh. Use of foxjaya7x by minors is strictly prohibited.
Section 2
To create an account on foxjaya7x, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the foxjaya7x support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Section 3
All financial transactions on foxjaya7x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. No other payment methods are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. foxjaya7x reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold for security verification purposes.
Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Each bonus carries its own terms, which will be detailed in the relevant promotion description. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
If evidence of fraud or irregularity is found in any transaction, foxjaya7x reserves the right to cancel the transaction and suspend the associated account.
Section 4
Foxjaya7x reserves the full right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, to suspend or permanently close the associated account. In such cases, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
Section 5
Foxjaya7x may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, proof of underage use, or a directive from a legal authority.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Foxjaya7x is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. This includes financial losses from betting or gaming, issues caused by technical errors, disruptions to third-party services, or gameplay interruptions due to loss of internet connectivity.
Foxjaya7x is committed to delivering the highest standard of service; however, we are not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues. Our support team is always on hand to resolve any technical problems as quickly as possible.
Section 6
All content on the foxjaya7x platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of foxjaya7x. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Foxjaya7x may integrate with third-party services, particularly for payment processing. foxjaya7x is not responsible for the quality, security, or content of such third-party services. Please review their respective terms and conditions before use.
Foxjaya7x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between foxjaya7x and a user shall be resolved before a competent court in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, an initial attempt at resolution will be made through the foxjaya7x support team.
